EVEREST FCB is composed by a homogeneous mixture of Portland cement, treated cellulose fibers and mineral fillers, for interior and exterior use.

ABOUT THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
EVEREST INDUSTRIES LTD has five ultra-modern manufacturing units, all ISO 9001:2000 certified.
FCB are manufactured using state-of-the-art Hatschek manufacturing processes, with autoclaving procedures.  
Each board is numbered for tracking and manufactured in various thicknesses with the online thickness control system. Each batch of boards is controlled using Microprocessor based Batch Controllers and Programmable Logic Controllers. 
Heavy Duty Collection is manufactured using a 12000 MT Hydraulic Press which increases its strength, density and durability.
